Your Clinic Team – A Part of the Procare North York Family Health Organization (FHO)
Starting January 1, 2024, we will become the Procare North York Family Health Organization (FHO), offering comprehensive primary care through a team of 6 family doctors for our enrolled patients. To ensure efficient service, we ask all patients to call and pre-book appointments rather than walking in, as unbooked visits are reserved for urgent cases or unenrolled patients. Our new model still provides same-day urgent care, with both in-person and virtual options, and includes extended hours on weekends. We strongly discourage using other walk-in clinics or family doctors outside our FHO, as this prevents us from maintaining a complete medical history, potentially leading to errors and limiting our ability to provide effective follow-up care. Additionally, visits to external providers reduce our practice’s funding, as their OHIP billing is deducted from our resources.
